There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols while stockpiling reserves for all supplies in accordance with suggested practices from US and global health authorities. We're taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions and our team of professionals is working around the clock to ensure that we are over-prepared for any guest concerns that may arise. Our staff is also equipped with protective gear to maintain the safety of all parties. We are closely monitoring all guidelines and communications from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and regional & national health authorities to update our best practices as the situation evolves.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
Only 5 cars can be parked on-site, so please carpool accordingly. This gated community does NOT allow on-street parking at ANY TIME. All cars must be parked in the garage or driveway. Any cars parked horizontally within the driveway, blocking the sidewalk, or parked on the street will be ticketed and/or towed, without warning, at the vehicle owner's expense. * Located in the middle of multiple golf courses and custom homes you'll be playing for par at one of the many plush and vibrant golf courses surrounding the neighborhood. After a day of golfing, swing by La Quinta for a historic tour and fine dining. Plan a day with your friends and family to visit the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. Everything you could want for entertainment is just minutes away from your stay. The neighborhood is in the Coachella Valley, host to many cultural activities like Music Festivals, Art Shows, and Sporting Events. Check out the Coachella Valley History Museum in Indio. You will have your days filled with places to see, restaurants to dine at, and activities to entertain all of your friends and family. Please note that we do not provide speakers or sound systems for use in our properties.
