Surf’s up! This coastal city has the largest recreational harbor on the West Coast and is known for its amazing beaches, parks, restaurants, and outdoor shopping centers. The living is easy here and it often includes bike rides along the boardwalk and watching pros surf some of the biggest swells in Southern California at The Wedge. Take the ferry to Balboa Island for the best seafood in the area and to ride the historic Ferris wheel at everyone’s favorite old-school amusement park.

Parking in this area is limited due to our proximity to the beach. However the home comes with 1 garage spot. Please DO NOT park in the carport space as that is for O'Neill II. Additionally, you can street park nearby, just please follow the rules posted on the signage to avoid being ticketed or towed.
