Welcome to your most comfortable stay in recent memory. This deluxe queen studio is open, bright, and contemporary. The Queen bed features plush and comfortable linens. The bathroom is smartly designed and perfect for relaxing showers. The kitchenette is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee station, toaster, and serve ware, so you're fully set-up for meal preparations whether you're here for a night or a week. The quaint bistro table is perfect for a cozy breakfast or a quiet morning to enjoy the steaming hot beverage of your choice. Relax and enjoy a movie or your favorite TV show on the large flat screen in the living area, and stay connected with Wi-Fi included.

Make your own memories of warm evening grilling and dining on your private enclosed patio. The grounds team with humming birds and song birds to fill the air with nature's music in an oasis surrounded by palm trees and mountain views. Step outside to a lush outdoor living space, where comfortable and ample seating awaits you in the California air. Sit poolside on one of the many loungers and soak up some sun. The large pool is perfect for getting in some laps or just to cool off on a warm day. Relax with your friends in the jacuzzi, or chill out in the shaded lounges surrounded by well-manicured foliage. A grill is available for cooking and dining poolside with your guests or the friends you make during your stay.

Enjoy a discounted rate for your stay with a booking of the entire hotel. This is a great opportunity to find convenient accommodations for all of your guests. You will have the grounds exclusively for your group including unrestricted access to the pool area and other amenities, enjoying a level of exclusivity you won't find at a larger hotel.

Please note that if your reservation dates have been moved, all cancellation policies remain attached to your original reservation date. Please refer to your rental agreement or house rules for more information.

All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, AvantStay is unable to receive or sign for the items on your behalf. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received.

As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by adhering to our house rules, keeping all outside noise to a minimum, and following shelter-in-place guidelines. We will not tolerate any excessive noise or partying and have the right to vacate you from the property should this be an issue.

Flat 1 is a large comfortable studio that will sleep 3 adults with the following arrangements.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols while stockpiling reserves for all supplies in accordance with suggested practices from US and global health authorities. We're taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions and our team of professionals is working around the clock to ensure that we are over-prepared for any guest concerns that may arise. Our staff is also equipped with protective gear to maintain the safety of all parties. We are closely monitoring all guidelines and communications from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and regional & national health authorities to update our best practices as the situation evolves.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Please note that The Wesley is a self check-in hotel and there is no reception or concierge on-site. You will receive detailed check-in instructions via email + text, so you are free to go straight to your flat and start relaxing right away!

The Wesley is a hotel centrally located in Palm Springs. You are only minutes away from unique coffee shops, spas, and dining experiences. Book a round of golf at one of the nearby courses for a day of swinging clubs and enjoying the California sun. Then spend a day exploring the Joshua Tree National Park or Mt. San Janico State Park that border on either side of the Palm Springs area. Enjoy the many cultural activities that Palm Springs has to offer from film festivals to concert venues and much more.

We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please refer to the House Rules included in our listing and contact us with any questions.

We care about being outstanding members of the communities we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the city may result in a fine, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the entire premises, both within the house and on the property grounds. This includes smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes or any other smoking device. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damage liability of up to $2,500 for any discovered damage to furniture or odors.

Our parking lot is small and currently only offers 1 spot per room. On-street parking is also available. Please contact the Guest Manager for more information on parking and other parking alternatives.

Pets are only allowed at a select few of AvantStay's properties and require a non-refundable pet fee of $150+ taxes and fees, in addition to a $300 pet deposit to be charged after booking. Please reach out to us for more information on if we can allow your pet at this specific property. All pets must be pre-approved a minimum of 48 hours before check-in. Please also let us know in advance if you plan on bringing your registered service or support animal so that we can arrange accordingly. Un-authorized animals are subject to a $600 fine. Any damage or additional cleaning attributable to pets shall be the responsibility of the guest.

Please note that we process payment in full upon booking confirmation.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if there are any vendors that fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
