This beautiful home is tastefully decorated and furnished and is very spacious. There are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one of which has a wheelchair accessible shower and basin and has been kitted out with handrails.  The two other rooms have diverse bed arrangements allowing for multiple persons to sleep.  

There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser.  Kitchen also has a pantry and a dining area.  The lounge has a comfortable three piece suite, wall unit with wide angle flatscreen TV, DVD player, cable television and patio doors to the pool area.  All entries to the house have ramps for wheelchair access.  The garage has been converted to a games room and has an air hockey game and table football.

The patio area is fully screened and has a larger than average swimming pool and wide sunbathing deck with lounge furniture.  There is a patio table and a hoist for disabled access to the pool.

The community is located only 5 minutes from restaurants, bars, gas station, pharmacy, grocery store and take-outs and there is easy access to the Disney parks via Interstate 4.  Only 10 minutes away there is an open air mall and more restaurants.
