The home comes with tons of outdoor living space, including a side screened patio with table. Head around back to the screened lanai that houses the splash pool and hot tub. Grab a lounger and a good book and soak up some Florida sunshine out on the pool deck.

Ready for entertaining, the main level living space includes the kitchen, living room and dining area. A gorgeous shag rug and mirrored accent wall anchor the living room, which comes with a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating.

Fun for all ages, the game room boasts a pool table with ping-pong top, foosball table and a poker table. There’s also a video game area with two cushy recliners. The loft area upstairs has another family room with chic sectional couch and flat-screen TV.

Whether you’re a gourmet chef or more comfortable ordering takeout, the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need. It comes with stainless appliances, tons of cabinet and counter space and a large center island with seating for five. The formal dining table has room for eight.

The first main floor bedroom is a sumptuous suite with a king bed, seating area, patio doors out to the pool and an en-suite bathroom with huge walk-in shower and double sinks. Also located on the first floor, the second bedroom is another suite featuring a king bed and en-suite bathroom.

Have a slumber party in the third bedroom with its two full beds and fun wall mural. A jack-and-jill bathroom connects it to the fourth bedroom, also offering two full beds. Bedrooms #5 and #6 both have king beds, elegant decor and en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 6 opens into an additional seventh bedroom with a queen bed rounds out the sleeping spaces. Please note, you will need to walk through 6 to get to 7. This is a perfect set up for parents of small children who want to keep them close!

The Solara Resort has tons of fun amenities, including a clubhouse, expansive water complex with flow-rider surf simulator, bar and grill, ice cream parlor, sundries store and fitness center. Optional pool & spa heat is available for $25/day + tax. We would recommend adding pool & spa heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.
