If the group can’t agree on a movie, the upstairs loft area has additional living space. This living room features a massive sectional couch, another flat-screen TV, foosball table and wet bar for mixing up yummy cocktails and mocktails.

The first bedroom features a handsome king bed, extra storage and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and soaking tub. It even has a convenient door out to the patio and pool area, so you don’t have to drip pool water through the rest of the house. A queen bed and neutral beach decor outfit the second bedroom, while the third bedroom has another king bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks.
