About Just 9 min to Mount Sunapee Resort. The Chandler is 1 of the 10 rooms in the historic Brook Road Inn. The room are rustic, in the building's historic style, and this room offers a queen bed, two twin beds, and a private bath. The door locks from the inside and outside for privacy and safety. Room is located up a narrow staircase and shares a hall with 8 other guest rooms. The bathroom is large and private and located in the hallway.
The inn has been newly renovated. There is no kitchen. There is a shared area with fridge, toaster, microwave. Although there is 24/7 video surveillance, staff isn't on the property always. Guests must be comfortable being totally self-sufficient from check in to check out. The wifi is as good as it gets in this part of the state (25/2mb) and can be slow for those used to faster speeds. Only Verizon has cell phone service in this area, however there is a land line phone in the kitchen for guest use in case of emergency.
