About The Look West and Skylight Rooms are 2 of 10 rooms in the historic Brook Road Inn. The 2 rooms are connected, main bedroom has 1 Queen Bed, the 2nd bedroom has twin over full bunk and a private bathroom. The rooms are rustic, in the building's historic style. The door locks from the inside and outside for privacy and safety.
The inn has been newly renovated. There is not kitchen. Although there is 24/7 video surveillance, staff isn't on the property always. Guests must be comfortable being totally self-sufficient from check in to check out. The Wi-Fi is as good as it gets in this part of the state (25/2mb) and can be slow for those used to faster speeds. Only Verizon has cell phone service in this area, however there is a land line phone in the kitchen for guest use in case of emergency.
