The living room has a large 70 inch smart flat-screen TV and has access to a balcony that overlooks the lagoon. Both guest rooms have smart TVs also. The kitchen features updated cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, while the dining room offers seating for six. This condo also offers wireless internet and private washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed (second floor), while the master bathroom features granite countertops. Bedroom one queen bed and one twin bed (second floor) and a full private bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping area. Condo sleeps a total of seven people.

Beachwalk Villas is a quiet complex located within Shipyard. This complex is located directly across the street from Shipyard Beach Club, making it a short walk to the beach. There is also a large complex swimming pool with a large deck - perfect for soaking up the sun.

Shipyard Features: A quaint, 800-acre gated resort community, featuring three nine-hole golf courses and the Van der Meer tennis center, Shipyard has a handful of homes and villas to choose from for your island vacation. Enjoy the twelve miles of bike paths throughout the plantation and the numerous lagoons that are home to many varieties of semi-tropical birds and wildlife. RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation before 60 days of your arrival you will forfeit $250. If you cancel between 60 days and 30 days of your arrival you will forfeit your 50% prepayment. If you cancel 30 days or less of your arrival date you will forfeit the full amount of your rental.
