The perfect vacation place for you, your family, friends, or work retreat. Located on the golf course, it is fully furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's for every room, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen stocked with all your cooking needs.

The floor-plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. It includes two master suites with king beds, one on the main floor and one upstairs. Two other upstairs bedrooms include two queen beds in one and bunks and two queen beds in the other. Brand new pillow top mattresses in every room. In addition to the spacious sitting and dining area downstairs is a family game room upstairs with ample entertainment, including games and table, pool/ping-pong table, and dart board. The game room opens to a large partially covered outdoor patio where family and friends can gather on the wrap-around patio furniture while enjoying the Gas Fire Pit and view of Snow Canyon State Park.

If that’s not enough outdoor space, there is an additional patio with furniture and grill off the downstairs great room that opens to the stunning views of the Ledges Golf Course and surrounding red and white cliffs. Each master bedroom also has its own patio or balcony sitting area.
