This is a nice sized end unit, oceanfront condo at 677 sq. ft. It is special in that it features a private master suite with a full bath and side balcony so you don't have to walk through a bedroom to get to the living room or kitchen, like most units. Having a second full bath with tub/shower is the ultimate in privacy and convenience.

The second full bathroom, full kitchen, Murphy bed, and sofa sleeper allows for up to 8 people. The unit has been updated with some new furniture, weathered wood-like tile flooring, and textured wall treatment. There is free off-street parking and the building is a short walk to the famous “Boardwalk” on the ocean which allows you to walk several miles between the high rises and beach and not get into the sand until you are ready.

The Boardwalk Tower has a large, heated indoor pool and hot whirlpool spa just off the elevator, so no
need to go outside on cool days. In addition, there is also an outdoor pool, lazy river and whirlpool.
In great location with a short walk to Starbucks, Mc Donald's and River City Cafe.
