Welcome to The Wesley, an AvantStay home!
This spacious 2-Bedroom flat features a plush king bed and queen bed with soft linens and fluffy pillows to relax after a long day. Adjacent to the bedrooms is the living area with a large sectional, coffee table, and flat screen TV. Make your way into the full kitchen (microwave, fridge, stove, coffee station, toaster & dinnerware / glassware) for a snack and enjoy the dining table for four.
Make your own memories of warm evening grilling and dining on your private enclosed patio. The grounds team with hummingbirds and songbirds to fill the air with nature's music in an oasis surrounded by palm trees and mountain views. Step outside to a lush outdoor living space, where comfortable and ample seating awaits you in the California air. Sit poolside on one of the many loungers and soak up some sun. The large pool is perfect for getting in some laps or just to cool off on a warm day. Relax with your friends in the jacuzzi, or chill out in the shaded lounges surrounded by well-manicured foliage. A grill is available for cooking and dining poolside with your guests or the friends you make during your stay.
The Wesley is a hotel centrally located in Palm Springs. You are only minutes away from unique coffee shops, spas, and dining experiences. Book a round of golf at one of the nearby courses for a day of swinging clubs and enjoying the California sun. Then spend a day exploring the Joshua Tree National Park or Mt. San Janico State Park that border on either side of the Palm Springs area. Enjoy the many cultural activities that Palm Springs has to offer from film festivals to concert venues and much more.

Spots are not assigned therefore parking is not guaranteed
On-street parking is also available.
Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that The Wesley is a self-check-in hotel and there is no reception or concierge on-site. You will receive detailed check-in instructions via email + text, so you are free to go straight to your flat and start relaxing right away!
- Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
- This is an adults-only hotel.
- This room is part of a hotel with a communal pool and other shared amenities.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs..
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
